The usual pain
Gate codes and shed locks live in texts, printed lists in the snack stand, and “reply-all” emails. When someone leaves the league, the code is still in fifty phones. When a parent opens the public schedule, the wrong note can expose the shed.

League admins set or clear an access code on field or facility edit. Allowed viewers (admins, or coaches/volunteers tied to upcoming events at that venue) confirm identity, unlock briefly, and reveal the code. Codes can appear on event pages for people who are allowed—never on the public league site.
