  • On-page feedback — every league and public schedule page has Feedback in the footer.
  • Tickets that stay on file — league admins Request support from the admin hub. We follow up by email; the request does not vanish.
  • Platform watched around the clock — we monitor Oppo 24x7 so issues surface before Saturday's first pitch.
