Families opt in to SMS/text messages from Oppo per adult on Contact or Me. SMS is its own form: mobile number, consent checkbox, and Save SMS preference. Checking the box is not consent until that form is saved. Adult contact info is saved separately and does not opt an adult in or out. The checkbox is unchecked by default.
